1 -What is wellbeing?
Wellbeing is a state of being happy, healthy, and prosperous. It includes having good mental health, high life satisfaction, a sense of meaning or purpose, and the ability to manage stress. Moreover, wellbeing is a feeling of being comfortable.
Wellbeing includes many positive things - feeling happy, healthy, socially connected and purposeful.

4- Wellbeing can be elusive
Wellbeing is important, but seems a little hard to come by. One American study into mental health found that, while one in four respondents was depressed, only one in five was happy – the rest fell somewhere between, neither happy nor depressed. An Australian consumer study into wellbeing showed that:
58% wish they could spend more time on improving their health and wellbeing.
79% of parents with children aged less than 18 years of age wish they could spend more time on improving their health and wellbeing.
83% are prepared to pay more money for products or services that enhance their feelings of wellbeing.
5- Subjective wellbeing vs Objective wellbeing?
Subjective Wellbeing :
It refers to how people experience and evaluate different aspects of their life. It is often used to measure mental health and happiness and it can be an important predictor of individual health, wellness, and longevity.
It has become a useful measure of societal health. Aspects of wellbeing focus on a sense of purpose and meaning which also play an important role in how people feel about their lives.
VS
Objective Wellbeing :
It includes/involves physical factors that widely account for our basic needs. Examples include food/nutrition, money, employment, housing, safety, physical and mental health, and human rights. Objectively, well-being comprises elements or standards that apply within larger society.
Objective well-being is often assessed using indicators that measure aspects of education, physical and built environment, community, and economy.
